The second Sunday of every month is Baptism Sunday. Parents must participate in a baptismal preparation class on the Tuesday night before the baptism at 8:00 p.m. in the Rectory. Please call the Rectory to make arrangements.
Confessions are heard on Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. and anytime upon request. Communal Reconciliation Services are held each Advent and Lent.
Children are prepared through the Religious Education program to receive the Sacraments of First Communion and Confirmation. Please contact the Religious Education office at (718) 727-0671. The office is open on Monday and Tuesday afternoons from 3:30pm to 5:00pm. At other times, you may leave a message and your call will be returned.
Adults are prepared to receive these Sacraments through the R.C.I.A. program. Please contact the Rectory at (718) 727-0671 for more information.
Arrangements for the Sacrament of Marriage mus be made six months in advance. A Nuptial Mass is strongly recommended for a marriage between two Catholics. Pre-Cana conferences are required.
The privilege of serving God's people as a priest, permanent deacon, religious sister or brother is personally fulfilling and spiritually exciting. Anyone who feels they might be interested in the priesthood, diaconate or religious life should speak to a parish priest.
The Sacrament of Anointing is available any time upon request.
